ike mie asked: I'm a passive smoker,i quit twice, only to smoke again.Why is it so difficult?I love exercising and running but always short of breath and get tired easily.Smoking make my exercise routine difficult.If only i quit,i can enjoy it more.It also make my stamina run low.
